Back in <em>Buenos Aires<\/em>, in 2012 he was responsible for banquets at the <em>Alvear Palace<\/em> and in 2017 he joined the <em>Hotel Alvear<\/em> Icon in its opening.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Barreto<\/strong>, <strong><em>Lucas<\/em><\/strong> found his place to cook with few processes, enjoying and respecting the raw materials. <em><strong>Lucas<\/strong><\/em> plays and re-interprets very good cuts of meats and accompanies them with seasonal vegetables grilled on the embers, in the clay oven and on the grill so that no one is left out and everyone enjoys his dishes.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;My main daily drive is my family, my wife and my 3 kids.
