Em seguida, seus passos o levaram ao <em>Hotel Llao Llao<\/em>, onde se destacou por sua criatividade. De volta a <em>Buenos Aires<\/em>, em 2012 foi o respons\u00e1vel pelos banquetes no <em>Alvear Palace<\/em> e em 2017 passou a trabalhar no <em>Hotel Alvear Icon<\/em> em sua inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No <strong>Barreto<\/strong>, <strong><em>Lucas<\/em><\/strong> encontrou seu lugar para cozinhar com poucos processos, aproveitando e respeitando cada ingrediente. <em><strong>Lucas<\/strong><\/em> brinca e reinterpreta cortes de carne excelentes e os acompanha com legumes de esta\u00e7\u00e3o feitos na brasa, assados no forno de barro e grelhados na parrilla, para que ningu\u00e9m fique de fora e todos degustem seus pratos.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Minha principal motiva\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria \u00e9 minha fam\u00edlia, minha esposa e meus tr\u00eas filhotes. \u00c9 por eles que levanto todas as manh\u00e3s e dou o melhor de mim em tudo o que fa\u00e7o&#8221;,<\/em> diz o chef do<strong> Barreto,<\/strong> que tem o objetivo de garantir que os clientes desfrutem, com um servi\u00e7o de alta categoria, bons vinhos e comida feita com amor, juntamente com uma grande equipe de profissionais da gastronomia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_6c47019c has_text_color\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>_________________<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"UMA EQUIPE DE PROFISSIONAIS O ChefO CHEF Lucas Russo _________________ Lucas Russo \u00e9 o nosso chef executivo.
